Refund policy
We strive to keep our customers fully satisfied with their orders. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return, provided it is made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Note that there are some exceptions detailed below.
The returned product must be in unused, pristine condition, with the original receipt and all original packaging, protective materials, boxes, manuals, and tags in place as they arrived. We will not accept returns where the product is worn, has been used, or where its original condition has been altered or personalized, or if the return window below has passed.
How to Return Your Order
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@cuervoysobrinosus.com indicating the product you'd like to return.
- One of our customer service representatives will get in touch with you to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), along with a prepaid
return shipping label.
- Write your RMA# clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Attach the prepaid label and drop the package off with UPS or FedEx.
Keep in mind that the product must be returned within 10 days of the RMA# being issued, and that the RMA# expires if 30 days have passed since the date of delivery of your order.
For exchanges, if the new item costs more than the returned item, we will charge the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Missing Original Components
If a return is missing any of its original components, the following deductions apply to your refund:
- Missing gift with purchase: value of the gift
- Missing box: $75
- Missing manual/warranty card: $20
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If your item arrives with a significant defect or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@cuervoysobrinosus.com or 1-810-297-1882, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund once the item is returned to us. No shipping charge applies to the replacement. This does not cover damage caused by misuse after delivery.
